The Food & Hoteliers Expo has been a key component in the tourism service industry along the eastern seaboard for the past three years, showcasing the high standards of a variety of businesses, namely in the restaurant, café, hotel, resort and bar trades. It is renowned as the largest exhibition of its kind on the eastern seaboard.
The 2012 Food & Hoteliers Expo will feature a variety of exhibitions and competitions of skill in a variety of service industry jobs, including, bartenders, baristas, chefs, cooks, flower arrangers and a variety of other housekeeping professions.
